Laura has been absolutely amazing every time I visit the store. She answers all my questions with so much patience and genuine care. The rest of the team is wonderful as well, especially Ropen. He always seems to know exactly what product to recommend without ever being pushy and you can truly feel that his suggestions come from a place of honesty. They always maintain a great selection of high-quality pet food and I can always find everything I need for my cat. Truly feels like a one stop shop for all my cats needs.
I attended the Paws and Learn workshop with my two daughters aged 4 and 7. I didn’t know what to expect out of a free workshop but we were blown away by the workshop. Ropel and Maria were so warm and welcoming. Maria knows every fact you could want to know about each animal they have and Ropel provided us with heart warming stories of each critter. The girls got to learn how to feed fish. We also learned how to handle a leopard gecko and a frog. We met a beautiful pair of love birds and a charming bearded dragon. We absolutely loved this workshop!!!
