We didn't end up going with Pella for purchase or installation, but the scoping and estimation process was great. Trevor came over during the evening (a more convenient time for us) and spent nearly 2 hours explaining the different options related to windows and doors and answering all our questions. He was articulate and knowledgeable, and we didn't feel pressured during the process at all. Thanks Trevor!
Both the sales and installation of the Pella Sliding door system was excellent. Dimitry was excellent in making this a smooth transaction. Thank You Dimitry !!!
