Jacob was great. My laptop was crashing multiple times a day. Jacob offered me upgrade options for RAM and the SSD, then repaired my laptop and cloned the contents of my old hard drive onto the new one. I was without my laptop for less than a day, and the price was very reasonable.

I’ve been dealing with this company for a long time shafi is a very knowledgeable person and pleasant to deal with if i could give more stars to his tech Michael I would he has gotten me out of pc problems many times when it comes to pc troubleshooting michal is a real genius I would highly recommend this company

For a non-tech person such as myself, I appreciate not to being patronized by tech staff! Shafi and his staff were very helpful in explaining to this non-techie what my computer problem was and they solved it readily and in a very professional manner. I am very satisfied and I will definitely contact PC Mechanix when any future tech problems arise.
