I started coming here after my local big box store closed and I get way better customer service here which is good because I mostly have no idea what I'm doing so it's worth the extra drive time. Ken saved me a few bucks by putting an old unopened can of paint on the shaky thing and confirming it was still good (ie not cottage cheese). I'm sure I'll be back again soon for spring gardening supplies.

I decided to attempt a few small repairs myself and went to this location for supplies. I'm not very handy and haven't done this sort of thing before so I was very happy with the help I received from the staff there. He gave advice on what I needed to do and showed me everything I needed. The store is small enough to get what you need quickly but still seem to have everything for small home repair tasks. I really appreciated the help and attention that you wouldn't get in a big box store. I was sad to see my old location on the Danforth close but will happily visit this store moving forward.

This is the best Home Hardware I have ever been to! The guy in charge (Pat, maybe) was super helpful, polite, attentive and had a great sense of humour. The store itself has just the right amount of basic supplies and is open, clutter-free and easy to get around. There were 3 or 4 lovely gentlemen to help me cut keys and find what I needed. But it is because of their customer service, that this is my new favourite HH!
