I recently reached out to East End Garden Centre for a pruning and trimming job, and I was impressed by how quickly they were able to accommodate my request. However, I must admit that the initial estimate they provided seemed a bit excessive, as it suggested a crew of 6 people and two trips for disposing of the clippings. In the end, only a crew of two people and one trip were needed to get the job done, and they completed the work in just 3 hours.While the quality of the work was decent, I couldn’t help but feel that the overestimation of effort led to a higher price than I anticipated. I recently bought some hanging plants and after a week or so at home the plant didn't look so good and I thought I should take it back. I spoke with Nancy who explained that it was because it hadn't been watered enough and actually took the plant out of the container and showed me what she meant.Being a stubborn know it all man I couldn't accept that and I ended up being a j**** the whole time Nancy was amazing and never let me get to her. You would think that after decades of service they might be able to give you an idea as to how much a tree will cost based on experience. Instead I was rudely told I would have to wait for the stock to arrive. Instead, I went to Beech Nursery and got my Serviceberry tree immediately and it was on sale.
