We are trusting them with our furbaby since 2021 for both daycare and boarding. Staffs are great and always nice responding all our questions and they are very nice to our bebe. For boarding, we always pay extra to have daily reports and pictures and we love it. For grooming, we have Parker Pet Care as our contingency only, as the final results were not exactly what we asked for, but still a good job. I hope they add cameras indoor and outdoor so that we can check on our pups once in a while especially when we are far away and miss seeing them. Incredibly grateful for everyone at Parker Pet. Staff are phenomenal! When we come in, they recognize our dog and welcome him! Well-organized, efficient drop off/pick up, friendly and there's no doubt that the dogs are well cared for.

The 2nd location of Parker Pet Care (other location at Keele and 401).Our Sexy Rexy often goes To the west end location but when he comes here, he has a grand ol time too! Same amazing customer service and experience as we normally get at Floral Parkway Location. This location tho, has even more outdoor space meant and Rex loves it!There's also an enclosed off leash area by the parking lot, meant for the community to use at no charge. What a great place!
