Melissa, the massage therapist, is described as amazing, able to accommodate booking issues and provide wonderful treatments. The atmosphere at Origin Wellness is great, with practitioners like Rebecca Picherack known for her soothing demeanor and experienced hands. She fully explains the treatment process before starting, which clients appreciate, especially those with military backgrounds or avid long-distance runners. Natalia RMT is praised for her advanced training and ability to address post-operative concerns, providing relief to those recovering from surgeries. Clients have had great first-time experiences, with therapists ensuring comfort throughout the process, including creating a scent-free and allergy-friendly environment. The quality of care and professionalism from all practitioners, including Sue Kirkpatrick, has led clients to feel heard and involved in their treatment plans, resulting in high satisfaction and repeat visits.
