I had such a great experience with Dr. Tsimerman and the team! Their new facility is top class, super modern and comfortable.
I usually get pretty bad dentist jitters, but everyone here was so kind and reassuring. The office manager was super accommodating and made it really easy to get both my check-up and cleaning done on the same day.
Dr. Tsimerman is so knowledgeable and patiently answered every single question I had without making me feel rushed. And my hygienist, Victoria, was honestly the best! Great cleaning, professional dentist, no nonsense good dentist’s office
Very grassroots feel and caring staff that opposes the busyness of the city. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienists/assistants to the dentist all do a tremendously thorough job to make the experience as comfortable as possible without being overbearing. I particularly appreciate the low pressure afterwards to book a follow up appointment and allowing the patient to do so on their own terms.
