Washing machine was leaking .
Called An "A" company who sent a technician and he spent 15 minutes telling me that my machine needed a new computer. Labour charge was quoted at $295 and parts extra. Told him to get lost. Called Ofer who spent 45 minutes diagnosing and told me to put soap pods in with the clothes instead of the rack. No more leaks.When I asked him what the cost was , he said NO CHARGE !. I would use him again if required and recommend him to others. I am very pleased with his honesty and service .

Contacted Octopus Royal Appliance Repair on a recommendation to repair our dishwasher. Ofer had to come back several times as we waited for parts, etc and he was always here when he said he would be, even on short notice. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions. We will definitely be using Octopus again for any of our appliance issues!

This is the second time Ofer W has come First time he did a great job to fix my oven. this time, he fixed my dryer. He was quick and clean. Most wonderful, he is completely reliable and trustworthy. Responded to my email request the same day; came the next day. Highly recommend.
