Washing machine was leaking . Called An "A" company who sent a technician and he spent 15 minutes telling me that my machine needed a new computer. Labour charge was quoted at $295 and parts extra. Told him to get lost. Called Ofer who spent 45 minutes diagnosing and told me to put soap pods in with the clothes instead of the rack. No more leaks.When I asked him what the cost was , he said NO CHARGE !. I would use him again if required and recommend him to others. I am very pleased with his honesty and service .
