Really enjoyed my first visit at Novo Spa for my birthday. Came in with my partner for the Taste of Heaven package and were greeted with warm front desk workers and the loveliest RMTs: shout out to Sarah and Frances. They made my birthday feel very special and explained the whole process making us feel very comfortable. The room was super cozy and we loved the colour therapy shower to finish. By the end of it, we were super relaxed and would definitely return again. Reason for 4 stars is because the decor is a bit dated - but nonetheless cozy and clean. We would love to come again!

This place is a little piece of heaven on earth. From the cleanliness, to the atmosphere, to the customer service, and attention to detail. It reminds me of the spas in Europe.When you arrive, you are led into a lovely and clean changing room with lockers and given a fresh robe and slippers to change into. Once changed, you walk through doors and are greeted into a dark area with glowing candles, the smell of essential oils and taken to a lounge where you are offered an array of amazing herbal teas and/or lemon water and snacks. An unforgettable experience! Super nice and skilled staff! Very well equipped spa. After getting the massage, you’ll have the option to relax in the lounge room and enjoy a cup of herbal team. Absolutely value for money and strongly recommended!
