I agree with the below statement from the former employee. They give you the receipt but almost every time I received a text saying the stain I wanted removed was a particularly bad one or the fabric of my clothes is special and it costs extra. So it’s always more expensive than they say it is; it’s a smart tactic to text customers when their garment is already at the cleaners to be like “just say yes to a little extra charge and we’ll clean your stuff” - who wants to deal with picking up unclean clothes and finding a new dry cleaner? The work they did was fine and it was on time as promised. I was desperate and brought 2 items to be hemmed there because my vacation was a week away. To hem 2 skirts and take in 1 of the skirts at the waist they charged me $90 plus tax. My regular place would have charged half that. They also have an option for a tip on their machine....never seen that before at a dry cleaner. Anyways the work was as promised but the price is ridiculous.
