DO NOT trust New You. They constantly cancel appointments 5 minutes before, close down the store without notifying you (and then send you somewhere else an hour away), or simply don't open the store on the day you have an appointment. When you call to complain they hang up on you and even block your number. These people should not be running a business. For what they have done to many others visit the BBB and Trust Pilot.
We are giving them the opportunity to rectify this by giving us a full refund by Saturday June 27th after which we will remove this and other reviews. Further action will be taken such as the small claims court where we will claim for the hours taken from work, as well as any money paid for services not completed. ❤1

I participated in a phone consultation during which I was asked to provide my card information solely to temporarily hold a promotional offer before it expired. I was explicitly informed that this was only to reserve the promotion and that no charges would be processed unless I later agreed to proceed after an in-person consultation.
I subsequently attended an in-person meeting with your representatives. After reviewing the details, I clearly stated that I was not comfortable proceeding and requested that everything be cancelled. I was assured that the matter would be cancelled, and I left with the understanding that no agreement had been finalized and no charges or financing would be applied.
Approximately one month later, I returned to discuss the issue with a manager. During that meeting, I was presented with a letter and asked to sign it in order to place responsibility on an associate whom I was told had been misleading clients. I refused to sign because my issue is with the company itself, not with any individual employee. Any internal staffing or supervision matters are the responsibility of your company and do not change the fact that I never authorized or agreed to enter into a financing agreement or recurring payment plan. Despite my clear refusal to proceed, I was later charged $200.43 and informed that I had been enrolled in a recurring payment arrangement extending over two years for services I did not authorize.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Nasrin was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my goals and explain the process thoroughly. The treatment was comfortable, and the results look natural and refreshed—exactly what I was hoping for. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine care shown throughout the appointment. If you’re thinking that by going to this clinic, you will get a nice experience, you’re wrong.Starting from front desk, the whole experience was horrible. Every single person at this clinic is rude and unprofessional. Please save your time and money and go to different place!

I have been getting PRP at other New You Spa locations since February and tried this location for the first time on Wednesday as Yorkville is under reno’s and I was incredibly grateful to come across Nasrin. Almost every nurse at New You Spa Locations have trouble finding and drawing from my veins as they are tiny. I was amazed when Nasrin sealed the deal on her first try! She is incredibly knowledgeable in PRP and skin in general and my skin is already showing signs of improvement after my session with her. I am looking forward to our next session together!
