Unfortunately first and last time going here. My husbands wedding jacket was lost during the dry cleaning, they acted very nonchalant about it - “things happen” - as if it wasn’t a big deal or an expensive and sentimental loss.
The following week I called and she said they found it, I asked why they didn’t call to tell us and she talked in circles with excuses. When we went to retrieve it she refused to refund the jacket. Even worse, when we got home and assessed the jacket .. it was still dirty.
Very disappointing experience and will not be back. If you go here, pay after when you get everything you brought in

Did not remember my notes and make a pair of curtains with one bigger than the other one. I left my phone number and didn’t even bother to check with me, the lack of communication and the lack of willingness to make up for it is what pisses me off. Not to mention the price is expensive.

My family has been coming to this place for many years, getting their clothing altered. I also had one of my wedding attires hemmed and Amy did a wonderful job! We highly recommend this place for tailoring your needs.

My daughter walked in this weekend and was treated so rude. I had given her tons of business when she first opened up and she was nice back then. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but the customer service definitely needs improvement. I would not go back there again.

This is my go to spot for alterations, mending + repairs, and dry cleaning. Amy is very helpful and is an expert in her field. She is willing to give her advice and always goes above + beyond when doing mending. She is always flexible with turn around times and has great prices.I send all my friends here!
