I love Neptune I’ve been looking for a good hair dresser for a long time and I finally found her. She’s a very good hairdresser with so many experience in this field. She did a good job colouring & highlighting my hair it compliments my face & my skin tone. She’s very attentive and listen to what you want and suggest what’s good for you. Very professional and highly skilled hair dresser. I’m very happy and satisfied with her service and definitely recommend this place will be back again.

Neptune is excellent at listening to what the client wants and executing it flawlessly. She understood that I was hesitant to cut my hair because of a previous bad experience elsewhere and took the time to reassure me she would only do what I asked, as well as showing me the length before taking a single snip! This has earned my trust. She also gave me the estimate of price before starting so I knew exactly how much I would be paying with no surprises, and she checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was happy.
