Im responding to Jessicas negative review. Im sorry that you feel this way although you came to me with hair that was overprocessed and had many bands of colour. Clearly a home job or unprofessional at best. Not 3 times as you said but 2 times you were here and the 2nd time I told you I did not want to do your hair because you would not listen to my advice and I didnt want to deal with your overbleached hair. You begged me to do it so I did. All I did was lighten your roots and apply a semi permanent colour over the whole mess to blend it in. When the colour faded, as a semi is intended to do, you were.left with the mess you started with. I even talked to my coworkers...read full review

I went in because my regular stylist gave me a perm which looked terrible. Cathy convinced me I didn't need anything but a good cut and shaping. SHE WAS RIGHT. My hair now looks curly and the cut is really cute. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH, CATHY. I will be back.
