Melika is incredibly knowledgeable and has an approach that feels like a great blend of massage therapy and physiotherapy. Rather than just treating the symptoms, he focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of the issue, while explaining how different muscles and body mechanics all work together.

I have been working with Terence and Aurora for shoulder and upper back pain. They are both so knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. I walk away from each session feeling better and well equipped with the education they share with me. The front desk staff is always welcoming when I enter. Great service all around.
