Lauren is a new member of the Myocare Team. Definitely a five star addition. Walked in very stiff and sore from putting away winter/setting up summer (moving heavy planters and furniture), walked out with much less discomfort and much improved mobility. She is a very knowledgeable and talented therapist.
I have been to many good clinics in the city but this one is the absolute best. So warm, inviting and easy to book, parking available. I get massage therapy with Suzanne and Tyler and they are both just amazing. So skilled, attuned, kind, just perfect at what they do. They also suggest stretches and things you can do at home in between sessions. I find them both also very trauma-informed which is the most important thing to me when getting any kind of massage therapy or bodywork.
What a great clinic. They are professional, skilled and caring. Margot is my massage therapist and gives by far the best massage in the city. Everything is as it should be, relaxing, professional and always reliable.
