Did nose piercing for my wife and daughter. Karthik was very helpful in patiently getting my daughter for the piercing even in the rush hours/ closing time. All the staff were cooperative.

Liz is absolutely fantastic. My partner and I came in just to browse and get a sense of what we liked, but Liz made the experience so welcoming and enjoyable that we never felt any pressure. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right ring. She took the time to walk us through the qualities and details of each option, and kept presenting rings that matched what my partner was describing until we truly honed in on exactly what she was looking for. What could have been an overwhelming experience ended up being one we both truly enjoyed. I can't thank Liz and the team at Spence enough :)
