The process of getting a payday loan was quick, simple and pain free. The customer service people who called me were polite and efficient. I am definitely coming back to Mr. Payday if I ever need another boost.
I wanted to wait after first loan and re-loaning a couple of times before giving a review. Excellent service. My second loan was very quick even after business hours and on a friday. Application for re-loan and bank verification went smoothly. The loan was completed the next morning (saturday). Also I want to point out, that the payment for the first loan had also been taken earlier on friday and I was already eligible for the next loan. Had it not been past business hours by the time I applied for the re-loan, I probably would have been funded on Friday instead of Saturday morning. Note: They start you out with a smaller loan and then it gets increased over time.
I thought application was simple and straightforward. I like the fact that you get back to customers promptly. I'm happy so far with the customer service and how quickly your response tike is.Thank youJames B
