5* I contacted Josh when a copper elbow leading to our water heater sprung a leak and began to shower our furnace room with water late one evening. I was able to locate the leak myself and shut off the water, so it wasn't a dire emergency. Acquaintances had recommended him after he did an emergency plumbing job for their backed up sewage line. I contacted him as well as two other recommended companies by email with a photo of the problem as it was quite late at night. One company said that they wouldn't touch a repair so near a water heater, another didn't respond at all though they claimed 24/7 responsiveness, and Josh got in touch early the next day to say they were quite booked up and might not be able to help that same day. Despite that, he asked for my address and determined that he did have someone on his team who would be able to pick up supplies and come over shortly. He wasn't able to give me a quote over the phone as he didn't know how much would be involved in the repair, though I assumed it would simply be a matter of replacing the small elbow. Demario came to do the repair and arrived promptly when he said he would. He was very pleasant and seemed very competent, doing a clean and good repair efficiently. It took them a few days to send the invoice, but it was very reasonable and I really appreciated the fast and excellent service. Communication with Josh and his team was fabulous. I can only highly recommend, and am very glad to now have a excellent plumber should we need one again.
