My favourite yoga studio in the city. I’ve gone to all the blue canoe locations and this one will always be the one I look forward to visiting the most. The change room is amazing. Tons of space and amenities to use. Stunning studio with earthy cozy details. Even in a full class the practice room never feels too crammed. Teachers are phenomenal always. I go out to my way to come here and always leave happy

Instructor Paula was encouraging and made a safe space for me to explore a new modality. First time doing mat Pilates. I loved that filtered water was provided. Patrick was super welcoming. I'll be back!
