We had a wonderful couples massage. Pool , sauna, steam and hot tub were wonderful, tea service was nice. Relaxation room very pleasant. I had Robin and my wife havBo as therapists. Will visit again thank you
I enjoyed myself, it wasn't exactly the best luxury spa experience of my life but it was okay. One of my issues is that it's a very complex maze of hallways... For example the steam room is hidden in the hotel change room for the pool. The relaxation area is hidden down a long hall (that's where you need to go to be called for your massage). However, when I arrived nobody showed me where anything was. And if they did show me where the pool was, it's only because I asked them to!!!
My second issue is that there's a small balcony just off the relaxation area, it was available to use before my massage but then after my massage they had locked it. For the prices that...read full review
