From the moment we arrived we were greeted with wonderful hospitality. Front desk was very nice. Loved how we got slippers and a robe and our own designated locker plus shower facilities. The locker area was also very clean and that I appreciated. The waiting room before you go into the massage accompanied with tea and snacks was very nice as well. We went on a Saturday and it wasn’t too packed but even if it was, the people are very nice and the noise level is appropriate. Our RMTS were very professional and made sure to honour consent and were communicative which we appreciated since this was our first time. Took my wife to the Miraj Hammam Spa for a couple massage and we both loved it. Used the health club amenities before the massage and everything was top notch. Staff were extremely kind and attentive to our needs. Shout out to Robyn and Ada for the amazing massage!

RMT Norciana was great, she got all the spots I needed her to loosen. The spa is very pretty and has a relaxing atmosphere. Turkish tea and snacks were also a plus. The pool area was nice, but the water was very cold so that was a little hard to enjoy but other than that, I would definitely come again and recommend to others.
