Metro is the absolute best! Everyone there is so kind and patient and go above and beyond for the health of the animals they care for! They’re always super transparent and communicative and incredibly professional! We’ve had nothing but positive experiences here and our cats adore the staff so much!

Dr. Chris (the owner) is kind and gentle. Dr. Elizabeth has a wonderful bedside manner and is also very gentle. All the staff are nice. Nicole is great! The space in the front is a little small so my cats feel like the dogs are a little too close but the staff managed it but putting me in the room sooner. Highly recommend if like me, you prefer a smaller clinic where you know the veterinarian that owns the practice.

I don't think any of my previous animals have been as happy at a vet as my service dog is here. I brought him here for the first time to get his nails clipped. When I told them the Cue that he is used to for lifting his paw, they used it to make my boy feel more relaxed. I completely recommend this clinic, especially Dr. Elizabeth.

I will be honest with you, this might have been my best vet experience of my life. Dr Christopher was absolutely fantastic. He ensured that I knew not only what the situation was with my cat, but also was not shy and very forthwith with costs and potential future costs for care for my cat regarding his medical situation. Claudia was fantastic at explaining the medications and was amazingly helpful, she even went the extra step as to pre-cut all of the pills that I would need to give. Absolutely fantastic spot and at fair and good prices with amazing service. I will definitely be back, and for very good reason!

Just about the best vet I've ever been too. Really compassionate and respectful.
Love them still after years of visits, but the receptionist they have on weekends are kind of terrible. Only recommended going during the week when there normal receptionist is available.

Just visited them for my dogs rabies shots that’s due every 3 years. Called and they said it was going to be 150$ before taxes. I paid 169$, making the tax 19$.I wouldn’t mind it if the service was professional.The doctor was an older gentleman, who grabbed my chihuahuas head by force and basically rolled her eyelids back to try to retain her. He was very rough with my 3.5kg dog and at some point I screamed at him to stop and let her go because my dog was screaming in pain from the way he was holding her. I was having to hold her down, which resulted in scratches on both me and the doctor which he then complained about as if it wasn’t his job to deal with this. Then my dog peed because she was stressed out and was shaking on the way home.If you have a dog that’s fearful of other people then this place is not for you.
