DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE! (0 STAR RATING)I had an appointment for 10:45 am today. Yesterday, I received a reminder email for my appointment. However, this morning when I showed up, the doors were completely locked. I called the business phone number, as well as Gladys’ personal number and both appear to be disconnected. I assume the business has gone under - that said, there is no clear indication of this. I was able to book several appointments online, the lights remain on at the studio, and there is a sign which indicates the studio remains open. I have been a loyal customer for 5+ years and this feels like a slap in the face. At 11:15 am, I received an automated email that all of my future appointments were cancelled. Please do not book an appointment here unless you want to waste your time.

Amazing eyelash enlxtension services. I've been to several other places and I always always come back here. Not the cheapest lash studio, but the quality of lashes, the longevity, and the attention to detail is worth every penny. Very professional and comfortable.

I have called this place 5 times and every time I get a text message saying 'sorry can't talk now' and then the person proceeds to try and book an appointment over text. Horrible customer service and never available to speak in person or to give options of availabilities. Whoever the person on the other end of the texting is, is extremely rude. Really unfortunate because the other reviews of this place are great and I was very excited to try them since I live close by.
