I’ve been going to BalancedBeaute Bar for 5 years now and Jennifer is the best. She pays attention to detail when working with my short curly lashes and creates flawless, uniformed sets on me every time.I recently added brow shape/tinting to my refill appointments and that too is well done. 10/10 would recommend. :)
