I hired Luca Hardwood and Flooring Inc. to complete a flooring job at my home in Mississauga in June 2025. I paid $1,400 for work that was supposed to use “European Oak” flooring, but the materials and workmanship were not what we had agreed to. Communication was poor, and the job need to be redone at additional cost to me. I tried to resolve the matter with the business directly but received no response. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.

It’s so satisfying to see the worn floor has been refinished so well and like new. I hate to replace them into cheap engineering floors. But it’s so hard to find a trustworthy contractor. Luckily I found Luca in the end.
