Extremely disappointed with the service at the LV store. We brought in an online purchase to potentially exchange for a different color, and the experience was honestly disrespectful from the start.
The associate on the second floor immediately questioned us in a very serious and suspicious manner about where we got the item from, almost as if we had stolen it, despite us already having the purchase receipt and order record. Even after verifying the purchase, he kept repeatedly asking for our phone number and email in an unnecessary and uncomfortable way.
For a luxury brand, I expected professionalism and respect, not to be treated with suspicion as paying customers. The overall attitude and experience completely ruined the visit for us. We left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disrespected.
Would not visit this location again.

rude, unhelpful, condescending manager and staff. they donβt know their products at all. asked to do the tiniest repair for a small chain buckle on my $2000 bag which i used less than 10 times. the manager says βitβs normal for the chain to breakβ and goes βiβm not the designer of the bagβ. maybe you shouldnβt work here then?? dont waste ur time here and get a bag from dollarama instead.

Low quality fashion accessories. I purchased two leather bracelets from Louis Vuitton at 150 Bloor street west. Both of them came apart at the clasp, making them unwearable. The LV imprint on the leather (or whatever the material is) also wore off within the first month of wear. With a receipt showing a date of purchase less than a year, and they would not repair nor replace the item. The quality is definitely not there and they do not stand behind their merchandise. A real disappointment when you think you're paying for quality and it's basically junk jewelry. I would not recommend purchasing merchandise from Louis Vuitton.
