Before I started going to Klute, every time I asked for a trim, I somehow ended up losing a few inches more than I wanted. I was always told it was because of my hair type (thick and a lot of it), and growing it to my goal length felt impossible unless I avoided haircuts altogether.
At the end of my first appointment with Leesa back in 2023, I was shocked. So much weight had come off, but my hair still looked the same length (and looked WAY better, too). She listened to my concerns and customized the cut accordingly, working with my hair instead of against it.

I have never received more compliments on my hair than I have after seeing Leesa Berry! Seriously…she transformed my botched haircut into a masterpiece. (It took a few sessions granted she had her work cut out for her). HA. See what I did there? But yah go see Leesa if you wanna look HOT this summer!
I’ve been going to Leesa for a few years now and will never look back!!! In the past, I’ve been told by several hairdressers that my Asian hair was “difficult” or “too thick”, but from my very first visit, Leesa has always known exactly the style im going for (sometimes without me even being able to articulate it), and has never ever made me feel “othered”. Major bonus is that even after several months since my last cut, I still get frequent compliments on my hair!
Not only is she an intuitive, highly skilled hairdresser - Leesa’s laidback/welcoming energy makes me look forward to sitting in her chair for a good giggle :).
