Came here to get my bangs cut a few months ago and had a great experience! Good price, and the woman was really sweet and attentive! Had a bad experience recently though.I came here last weekend for a second time and was really disappointed. I got the same woman again, but she was very rude. She was pretty moody and when I was telling her what I wanted she was getting angry and being rude. I don’t think I was being fussy, I’m not that picky with my hair, but when you get your hair cut you’re paying for someone to listen to your wants and execute them. This is the salon I go to when I'm in Toronto especially because I have black natural hair. I typically get a wash and blowdry with some scalp ointment to prepare before I install braids. I am satisfied most times but less satisfied from most recent visit because of a minor change. The wash/blowdry was good but usually hair butter would be applied to my scalp by hand and rubbed in with care but this time, it was applied with a bottle of oil that applied directly to the roots, which was fine but I felt it was rushed as another client had called during my wash and was coming into the salon in the next 15 or so minutes.
