Once again, Klos provided a very professional experience from start to finish when I was suddenly faced with a broken AC system in the dead heat of summer. They went out of their way to meet my needs and accommodate timing with the HVAC supplier. I feel so lucky to have them as my go-to electrician.
In a severe thunderstorm the clevis detached from my house and the major power line to my home was held up by a tree branch. No live wire but there could have been if a truck drove down the lane and caught the low handing wire. Klos recognised the need to get this repair done quickly. They came out within hours despite being extremely busy with calls related to the storm and made the repair. This was excellent service and excellent communication and support from Andrew - he kept me posted each step along the way. The price was reasonable, and I highly recommend them.
Emergency hydro mast replacement due to a rather large tree taking down the wires and tearing the mast off the house. The team showed up early the next day. Worked endlessly for the whole day and harm our power restored by nightfall. Extremely polite and tidy. Would recommend them always and earnestly.
