I had a very disappointing experience getting a blunt bob haircut at this salon. I visited based on a recommendation and expected a much higher standard of service. Unfortunately, it seemed that the stylist was not experienced with cutting a blunt bob. The haircut process felt rough and lacked precision. Since I have short hair and usually keep it straight, I expected it to be properly straightened after the cut. Instead, my hair was only roughly blow-dried. The biggest issue was that the haircut was uneven at the back. I had specifically emphasized that I wanted the length to be perfectly aligned in one straight line, but when I checked it properly at home, it was noticeably uneven. To make matters worse, the price charged was comparable to what top salons charge for my hair, yet the quality of service and results were nowhere near that standard. Overall, a highly disappointing experience, especially given that the salon came recommended.

I was trying to find a good and affordable hair dresser in my neighbourhood and I discovered Kim in 2024. Her husband and her are such nice people. I've had my hair done almost 3 times now and I always go to her. She's lovely to chat with, very professional and I've always walked out of there feeling very content. You show her a photo and she'll give you exactly that. Highly recommended.

What a lovely couple. Our whole family of 4 got amazing haircuts. My children are soooooo happy and keep saying how much they love their hair. Really accommodating and friendly and easy to talk to.

I have been trying to find a salon for a long time and I’m really happy I tired Kim’s it’s been the best haircuts I’ve ever had. If you show Kim a photo she will give you exactly what or ask for or as close to it as you can get with your hair type. They don’t have online bookings you have to call, and they can always accommodate you instead of having to wait weeks for an appointment like most salons. Kim and Tam are also just lovely. Very talented at what they do!

Kim is an absolute miracle worker and the sweetest human. My hair was extremely matted due to a bad reaction with gel that was in my hair for braids. I really thought it was game over and had to chop it all off. She was able to save so much of my hair and was extremely gentle with it. The end result looked fantastic. I absolutely recommend this salon
