Had an interview scheduled for April 3 I showed up.
There was pet parents who had their dog taken right away.
But after that the area was cleared. The vet tech Took the dog to the exam room,while another women vacated the waiting area where I was.
NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED ME THE VETERINARIAN NEVER MADE HIMSELF KNOWN.
I WAS ALONE. I WAITED CHECKED TO MAKE SURE I HAD THE CORRECT ANIMAL HOSPITAL
AFTER 15 MINUTES I LEFT. SO AGGRAVATING I TRAVELVED ALL THAT WAY FOR NOTHING

After many failed attempts with other local vets, I was grateful to find Kato Animal Hospital 4 years ago. The difference in care and attention was immediate and consistent.
I now travel from Collingwood to Toronto just for my dog’s annual appointments because I trust them completely with his care. They are thorough, professional, and take the time to explain things clearly without rushing the visit.

We just switched to Dr. Kato, and we couldn't be happier. The attention and care we receive from Dr. Kato and her team is outstanding. We have a troubled pup, and Dr. Kato and her team are so patient with all of our questions. We feel heard and trusted in the relationship, which is so important. It is also clear that Dr. Kato is an independent vet, not part of a larger corp and we really appreciate that as she is not always demanding tests and is free to offer us different options. So far, we are so happy with our decision to switch to Dr. Kato! :)

Dr.Kato and her team have been seeing my cat for the past 2-3 years. Everyone is very patient with my cat, who is VERY aggressive with strangers. He’s always treated so kindly & warm. I hope he can open up a bit more at the vet someday. Thanks for all your work & patience with him.

Dr. Kato is wonderful. Her kindness and compassion is such a rare quality to find. We moved to her a few years ago and are so happy we did. She has been thorough and assisted with our dog who has a very complicated health history. When we needed a referral to a specialist, she followed up multiple times to make sure it was done timely. We have now had to make the hardest decision a pet owner ever has to make. She helped us through the decision with kindness compassion and speaking of her experience and what she has seen. She truly is a wonderful vet who cares so much. We feel so fortunate to have found her in the last few years of our girls life, when we needed her most. Thank you Dr. Kato.
