I had an issue with my phone and needed to visit an Apple Store, but as we all know, scheduling an appointment there can be incredibly difficult. Because of that, I decided to go to Jump+ instead, and I have to say it was the best decision! I was helped by a lady named Nancy, and her colleagues Khabir and Xavier also jumped in to help. Nancy at Jump+ was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help with everything I needed. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made sure every issue was fully resolved before I left. Went to buy a new phone yesterday, Michelle was very friendly and helpful! She helped me compared different models, and helped me transferred everything from my old phone to the new one, including changes to e-SIM cards. Appreciate!
