It was kind of an emergency when the old tank started leaking because a fair amount of water was going down the tub. My brother happened to be there. together we shut off the hot water valve. Searched online found “John The Plumber” from Etobicoke. Called them. Spoke with an intelligent woman. explained her I would need a new tank. She offered a plumber on site in the morning. Michael called me too. We came up with a plan. He came prepared the next morning. We dialogued relatively efficiently I thought. Bought a new hot water heater. Michael installed it. they got rid of the old one.
