Hands down one of the best facials I’ve had in Toronto! I got the Signature Facial with Neetu and she was amazing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to analyze my skin and provide guidance on how to improve my skincare routine.
The experience was so relaxing. The scalp and shoulder massage was incredible, and the extractions were done so gently.
Can’t wait to come back again!!

I've been here enough times to know it's one of the most under rated places in town. My go to person is Riham and she gives the most amazing facials! I've had a really positive experience with her and Neetu who owns the place and also services clients is a really nice and professional lady to deal with as well. It's an overall great place but if I were to recommend 1 service it would be Riham's facials! That girl has magic in her hands. Also, pretty chatty and peppy to be around :)

Had the pleasure of visiting Jiva Spa and Cam and Neetu were so kind and knowledgeable about their craft. Their facilities are kept very clean and you can tell they put a lot of care into their work. Would highly recommend!
