I really really don't want make anyone feel bad, but I have to mention that I just got a cut that looks about twice as short as the picture I showed and the description of what I wanted. The cut was also finished in about 10, maybe 12 minutes. I'm really confused as to why this stylist seems to intentionally to something different then what was asked

Well, I want to thank Antonella for the Color makeover. I love the rinse. I surely look different. Thank you also for reminding me that long hair is a Hazard anyway. Last year I went to JC hair salon to get balayage hair colour and she checked my hair quality and she took responsibility to do my hair as a result, my hair turn out to be worse. I was so disappointed with the result. I don’t recommend GC hair salon to anyone.

I went to get my hair cut to this salon yesterday and it was a big mistake. I showed hairstylist a picture of a long curtain bangs that I wanted and I explained that I want them with a smooth transition to the rest of the hair. Without even asking me some additional questions he just cutted a big piece of my hair and way to short that I wanted! When I told him that it’s really short and I didn’t want it like that and it’s nothing alike with the picture he told me that it looks really good and I can come later when it will grow back and he can do it how I wanted. Of course I’m never coming back and I don’t need it to be cutted later how I want, I wanted it yesterday! I’m really disappointed!
