I WOULD NEVER COME BACK
A few days ago I went in for an emergency because my primary dentist was full. I was treated by Doctor MICHELLE who is an excellent professional as well as her assistants and receptionists, they helped me a lot and were very patient with me, excellent treatment and communication.
The problem occurred when the procedure I needed later was performed on me by “DOCTOR” MONICA IRIARTE. Since I entered her office I felt DISCRIMINATED by making a comment about my bushy eyebrows. following the procedure on my tooth was NOTHING PROFESSIONAL, he made me cry in his office because he is a rather insensitive person, he does not know how to deal with...read full review
Terrible place, the doctor is a bad professional and very bad at her job, she was telling me that the material I was using was very expensive as if I was not paying her and she was speaking very rudely to me the whole time telling me that she would no longer treat me that She couldn't be working so they were going to charge me more for what she was doing somewhere else and it was a very unpleasant experience. I already wanted to get out of that place. If you don't like dealing with clients or people, it's better to do something else. In the end he ended up doing something that he said no to, I removed my tooth and he said that wouldn't happen.
I am patient of Dr. Iriarte for about a year now and I can not be more happy with the clinic.To start with the front desk is always very attentive and professional. Going an step further to remind you of your upcoming appointments.The hygienist and assistants are all very professional and welcoming always making sure the patient is comfortable ( as much you can be at the dentist of course ????)And lastly, I have been looking for a dentist for a while who could understand my particular issues and that could address my concerns. Doctor Iriarte listen to her patients to come up with a plan of treatment that works for them and is always open to explore different options.
