They are transparent on what’s included on the price. Service went smoothly.
The only downside, if you have current rental water heater, you have to return it yourself or get the company owner to pick it up. Be ready as well to get charged 3% extra fee if you’re paying by credit card. But overall, very satisfied. Highly recommended.
