As a new Torontonion, I had been looking for a reputable place to board my cat as I travel quite a bit. Visited a couple of places butcould never leave my darling furry friend there. However, when I called Hound and Kitty, I did ask to visit and was welcomed. When I met Elisabeth, and saw the place, I felt comfortable and knew my Bellebelle would be comfortable. Elisabeth is really experienced in taking care of her guests (our furry friends) she loves and cares for Bellebelle so much, I feel it and see it, she treats her guest with such tender loving care in all aspects. I would give more stars if I could! Hound and Kitty is the best place you can find in the city! Elizabeth took such a good care of my cat and she's so knowledgeable and patience with every single fur baby there! The booking process is very easy and fast. Price is reasonable and the best part is the environment. I couldn't find any cat hotel that has open space and Hound and Kitty is the only place where my cat can play freely. Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and provide the best environment based on each cat's needs and I get regular photo update too. She's the only person that I trust to host my cat. Highly recommend!

Elizabeth took amazing care of my shy kitty while we were away on vacation. She's super easygoing and treats each cat like her own. Very professional and informative. Her place feels like a home away from home for cats, and she gives regular updates while you're away, so you don't have to worry about what's going on! Definitely going to be coming back in the future. Thank you so much!
