Good and bad. The clinic is clean and modern. Receptionists are friendly and efficient, in my experience. Dr. Cojocaru listens to your concerns and appointments do not feel rushed. However, when booking an appointment online for a new issue, I've never been able to book earlier than 4-6 weeks out. That's simply too long to wait for a medical issue that is could change and possibly worsen in that time. I don't know if this issue is limited to Dr. Cojocaru or whether this goes for all doctors at this clinic (or even citywide, given the shortage of family doctors).

This clinic had an opening for a family doctor so I decided to register with them. My doctor was running behind schedule for my first visit and this was not communicated to me by the people at the front desk at all. They just left me in a room by myself and when I asked them how much longer I would have to wait, they replied in an extremely rude way.
My doctor was very kind and patient with me however, the experience with the front desk people was uncalled for. I also overheard them arguing with another woman when all she needed was to reschedule her appointment.
