I recently had a Dolphin STIM treatment for a torn hip lebrum. As a runner, I was worried about how long I would have to wait before I could get back out there. One treatment did wonders for me and my hip! I was able to get out for a run within a week of the treatment. Katie was great in explaining the treatment and recommended aftercare. Her decades of experience are evident in the skills Katie uses to make sure my massage treatment is exactly what I need.I trained under the same Craniosacral Therapy (CST) Program as Katie - though not nearly as extensively as Katie. She is by far my favourite CST practitioner. Her blend of technical skills, intuition, patience and gentle touch allow for a really deep and layered treatment.I always sleep better and feel lighter and more relaxed afterwards.CST is a cumulative treatment path, so with each treatment, we are building on the last.For me, CST is a tool to help alleviate and clear stress and tension and remind my nervous system what calm feels like.
