I had a horrible experience with haven. I purchased my first home with them and the constant delays were frustrating but weren’t in their control. Although the commutation was limited to none about the status and updates of the new build.My unit was ready for occupancy then there was some type of electrical issue and the unit was flooded. They had to redo everything but the workmanship was SO POOR.I had to chase them down for a refund of the months I was paying for an occupancy fee when the unit clearly was not livable.They had given me one weeks notice of the closing date AND that there were additional charges of $60,000 due on closing……who has that cash just sitting...read full review

I had an extremely negative experience with this house developer. The lack of transparency was appalling, and they constantly provided excuses for their poor workmanship and constant delays. The closing costs were astronomical, and the overall customer service was terrible.From the beginning, the builder was unresponsive and seemed to care little about our concerns or questions. The construction process was filled with issues, and the builder was unwilling to take responsibility for any of them.
