I called Guan’s yesterday morning with an A/C problem that he agreed to look at with a same day appointment because I had a trip planned for this morning. He identified and corrected the problem and worked until 10 pm so my long weekend travel plans wouldn’t be affected. This guy is a gem. Trustworthy, funny, competent and affordable. He’s our guy… we don’t bring our car anywhere else.

The Best... Actually.
Part of me doesn't want to write this glowing review, doesn't want more people to know about this hidden gem because he's already overworked and sometimes hard to find a time slot to get your car in... However... Even if you have to wait weeks ( which you won't ) it is totally worth it.
This man is a friend, a neighbor, a hero, a comedian, a little bit surly (who isn't) and the best damn mechanic ever. Ever.

Came in last minute at 5pm because my alternator on my 2012 Toyota Camry blew, Derek personally helped me ordered a new one and installed it for me as well all in the same day, he saved me
