I don’t share the same experience at all with some of these negative reviews. I met a team of knowledgeable hard workers who are all family people with good values. They were fair, polite and helpful and I have every intention of going back. My car was making strange noises and everywhere else was giving me the runaround. I took it to Guan’s and they talked me through everything, quoted me and even said I could go elsewhere if I wanted. They had everything fixed within the day and I haven’t had any issues since (about a year ago). Work is really well done but the time for labour exceeds norms. A 1hr job should not be billed as 4hr because the mechanics are figuring out for the first time how to install something. Still recommend.

Derek at Guan’s is one of the finest mechanics I’ve ever met and worked with in the GTA. He and his team have been prompt, courteous, and honest to have service done with over the years, and they will not let you down.
I will continue to go here and recommend Derek and his team to only the closest of my friends—the best work, done by the best people.
