Had an appointment set for 920 on the phone and they adjusted it to 910. Then when arrived at 917 they said it was too late and had cancelled it.Doctors are great but no alternative was proposed other than rebooking another day.
Just visited the clinic. Out of province and came down with a flu while being in Toronto. Wait time was less than an hour. Doctor was good and attentive. Got the pills in under 15 min in their pharmacy. Never in a million years one could be in and out of the walk in in Vancouver in under 1.5hours.
I came here for the first time today. The staff was effective and efficient, I was in and out in an hour including having blood drawn. Dr Wong was quick but thorough. He listened carefully, asked clarifying questions, and took me seriously. I wish every walk-in doctor was like Dr Wong.
