I wanted to leave a review because I’ve been coming to this walk-in clinic for many years. I do have a family doctor, but he’s outside the city, so this has always been my go-to clinic when I need to see someone in Toronto.
Of course, everyone can have a different experience, but I really wanted to point out how lovely the receptionists have always been!
The receptionist who helped me today was especially wonderful. She helped me book an appointment instead of having to wait as a walk-in, and then I ended up running about 10 minutes late (I did call to let them know!). I live in the area and come to this clinic a few times a year, they always help me out. Wait time is so much shorter then in emergency rooms - my most recent visit was due to a deep finger cut, I could go to ER in St Joseph and wait 5-8hrs to be seen, or I could come here to GSH, get stitched up and leave in under 1hr.
Maybe people just leave bad reviews here to gatekeep this clinic and keep the waiting time short lol
