After a really frustrating experience with another builder who left us with poor workmanship on my parents beachside home, we knew we had to start over and do it right this time. That's when I found Grand Design Build.

The GBD team built our cottage, and we are very happy with the result. The finished cost was reasonable, and the quality was also really good. Other than some small hiccups in communication in the process, all went well to our satisfaction. Highly recommend!
