Cool guys, switched the battery on my Pokémon sapphire in like, 10 mins. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. This will be our game repair place going forward. Also they have an awesome retro game inventory. I know I was impressed.

Awful customer service and organization. Posted hours are meaningless, they will close early the very same afternoon are told to expect you. Prepare to wait half an hour for pickup as their filing system are baskets they cram under their desk, which consoles spill out of. Could not even confirm repair because they did not charge the console that was there for USB charge port replacement, so I had to leave trusting they did the repair correctly and tested it.
*update* The repair was not done correctly, leading to more wasted time and effort. Always confirm a repair, never trust that they test evey repair because they obviously don't. The second repair seems to have been done correctly, so as long as it holds thru the warranty period, I'll never be returning here for service.
Also, shame on Nintendo for making their products needlessly difficult to repair. An externally facing connector that is high use should not require reflow.
Deal with more professional companies.

These guys are great, they had a quick turnaround on my repair, one day. The price was 1/3rd better than other quotes I got. I live on the west coast, it was well worth sending it to Toronto. (as hard as that is to admit, haha.)

I would recommend the repair store. My Nintendo Switch could not power on so I had it sent to be repaired here and am very happy with the result! Great communication, calmed my worries about the save files (they were safe) and the console was repaired quicker than expected. Thank you!

Staff went above and beyond to help me find the products I was looking for. Reasonable and fair pricing. Cafe inside does very nice lattes! Great vibe overall and the staff is actually passionate about gaming.

I got my Surface Pro's battery replaced with Alex last month. The Surface battery works again and this extended the life of my device. Alex is knowledgeable, communicative, great service and provided a rapid turnaround. Highly recommend.

Do Not come here, their hours are not as advertised. Came here on a Saturday all the way from Hamilton Downtown only to be told that they are not open on weekends whereas, their weekend says so. It turns out that there is another business there and they are separately run
