Staff are rude and inconsiderate.They pulled into apartment parking lot space, over the line, blocking an elderly woman from getting out of the passenger side. When she told them she was trapped, they told her to move and called her a "Karen." Another woman was then trying to leave the lot, and they sat, doors open, equipment out, so she had to wiggle back and forth to get out.

This company is comfortable scamming people and underpaying contractors they hire. It doesn’t cost $110 to tile an entire bathroom, backsplash and floor but according to them it does after the job is done. When you hire someone who provides a service you pay what the invoice says not make your own prices up afterward.
