Similar to another reviewer I am feeling a steady decline and lack of clarity. I understand they are short staffed but they are also advertising for new patients.
My last visit in to get blood test so my cats thyroid medicine could be renewed I was asked what kind of blood test. Stunned me as I am not the vet and did had no idea. Ultimately a vet came out realized my cat had not been weighed got her weighed and confirmed the type of blood test.
Recently I had a similar confusion over latest blood test and prescription refill.
