I had an urgent eyeglasses repair situation after accidentally sitting on my only pair the night before. Mr. Tam not only accommodated me immediately but also provided exceptional service. I had issues with rimless glasses I purchased online. Tam took the time to repair them, and have them properly fitted to my face. My glasses now feel like brand new. Excellent service, would recommend to anyone.
After years of getting my glasses at Loblaws, I dropped by Tam's Optical just to get my eye exam, with the intention of filling the prescription on-line (who doesn't care about price?)One week later, I walked out with a pair of new (transition, progressive) glasses on my nose (at internet price)My sight is better now than when I was 20 years oldYou wouldn't believe how many measurements Tam takes to make you believe your OWN eyes again!Truly professional!and super nice
